Education is one of the most important professions in the world but can also be an emotionally draining profession.  The emotional and mental health of educators is imperative to ensure that learners receive the best possible education.  Therefore, our mission is to promote quality education through the support of both teachers and students.

We aim to create meaningful and sustainable change by providing both educators and students with the practical skills to live a meaningful, productive, and happy life. The goal is to promote mindfulness as a foundation for teaching and learning in a variety of educational settings.
